Counseling Department
The Hillcrest Education Center Counseling Department is led by Mrs. Lori Ranfeld and her trusted therapy dog, Gentry. Together, they provide students with personalized support, encouragement, and resources to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. In addition to serving Hillcrest students, Mrs. Ranfeld also serves as the District Homeless Coordinator and Foster Care Liaison for Lebanon R-III Schools, ensuring that all students have access to the care, stability, and opportunities they need to succeed.
