Jaymes Wapp serves as the Director of Alternative Programs for Lebanon R-3 Schools, where he leads with a focus on providing students with pathways to success beyond the traditional classroom. With a background in education and a passion for helping students overcome challenges, Mr. Wapp works closely with staff, families, and community partners to ensure every learner has the support and opportunities they need to thrive.

Under his leadership, the district’s alternative programs emphasize individualized instruction, social and emotional growth, and preparation for life after graduation. Mr. Wapp is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where students can re-engage in their education, build confidence, and achieve their goals.
